A pH or EC meter is only as accurate as its last calibration. Here you will find the original reference solutions from Apera: pH 4.01 and pH 7.00 for two-point calibration, EC standards at 1413 \u00b5S and 12.88 mS, the ORP standard solution at 220 mV as well as the 3M KCl storage solution that protects pH electrodes from drying out between measurements.<\/p>\n
Our recommendation for practice: calibrate before every series of measurements, but at least every two weeks – and never store the electrode dry.
