Do you want to delete your account and the associated data? Here you can find out how to do this quickly and transparently – either directly in the app or by email.
Quick summary
Directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account
Or by e-mail: Write us from your registered e-mail to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”.
Processing time: We confirm within 7 days and usually delete within 30 days at the latest.
What remains? Legally required billing and accounting data is stored for up to 10 years.
Account deletion options
1) In the app (recommended)
Open DrainMaster Plus.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and follow the confirmation.
You will receive an in-app confirmation.
If you have forgotten your password, first use “Reset password” on the login screen.
2) By e-mail
Send us a message from the e-mail address registered with us to [email protected] with:
Subject: Delete account
Content: “Please delete my DrainMaster Plus account.”
Optional: Reason for deletion
We will confirm receipt and contact you if we need additional verification.
What is deleted?
In the event of complete account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data:
Account data: Name, e-mail, optional profile details
App data: Plant profiles, measurements, analyses, settings
Support data: Tickets, message histories
Exceptions due to legal obligations
We are not allowed to delete the following data immediately because we are required by law to retain it:
Invoices, payment and tax-related transactions
Accounting documents
Retention period: generally up to 10 years in accordance with commercial and tax regulations. This data is blocked for a specific purpose and is no longer used for other purposes.
