When your parcel leaves us
Orders that reach us by 12:00 noon on a working day are packed the same day. DHL collects the parcels at 16:00, Monday to Friday. The parcel then goes straight to the parcel centre, where it is scanned for the first time that same evening.
There is no collection on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed from Friday midday onwards therefore leave on Monday. Delivery, however, does take place on Saturdays.
Good to know: The tracking number is created the moment you order, including at night and at weekends. Until DHL has taken over the parcel, tracking will only show “electronically announced”. That does not mean anything has gone wrong.

The prices shown on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are shown in the basket and on the order page before you buy. No shipping costs apply to digital content such as e-books or software.

When will my order arrive?
Within Germany it takes 1 to 3 working days from handover to DHL, within the EU approx. 2 to 6 working days depending on the zone. What matters is when your parcel leaves us: orders placed by 12:00 noon on working days are handed over the same day, everything after that and at weekends goes out on the next working day.
When does tracking become active?
As soon as your parcel is packed you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number. Tracking becomes active once DHL has taken over the parcel, which for weekend orders is the following working day. Until then DHL only shows “electronically announced”.
What does shipping cost and when is it free?
Within Germany it is staggered: up to €68.99 order value €6.90, from €69.00 to €98.99 only €4.90, from €99.00 free shipping (all figures incl. VAT). Free shipping applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany. You can see the exact cost for your destination in the basket before you order.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver to the EU, to Switzerland and Liechtenstein and, on request, to further countries. Two zones apply within the EU with prices between €12.90 and €19.90 plus VAT. Switzerland and Liechtenstein cost €14.90 to €19.90 excl. VAT. For other countries a base price of €28.50 plus €4.20 per kilogram started applies. Customs duties and import charges are borne by the recipient.
