Which parameters does the PC60-Z measure?
Six parameters in one device: pH, EC (conductivity), TDS, salinity and temperature, plus ORP (redox potential) with the optional ORP60-DA electrode. The PC60-Z replaces two or three single-purpose meters. For growing this means: mix your feed, adjust pH, check EC and test your runoff, all with one IP67-waterproof instrument.
What does the Bluetooth connection to the DrainMaster Plus app do?
The PC60-Z pairs via Bluetooth with the free DrainMaster Plus app. Your pH and EC readings are captured automatically and streamed into your plant dashboard in real time. Instead of scribbling numbers on paper, you build a long-term history per plant: input EC, runoff EC and pH across the whole cycle. That reveals trends such as creeping salt build-up that single measurements would miss.
Can I replace the electrode?
Yes. The multi-parameter probe is a plug-in part, available in our shop as the PC60-DE replacement. You can also attach the ORP60-DA electrode and turn the PC60-Z into a redox meter. Since electrodes are wear items, the swap system makes the device a long-term investment rather than a throwaway.
How does calibration work?
Via auto-calibration with 1 to 3 points and automatic buffer recognition, separately for pH and EC. Matching calibration solutions are included; refills are available in our shop in 250 ml bottles. Allow five minutes for the first calibration, two minutes thereafter. Recommended rhythm in daily use: pH every one to two weeks, EC monthly.
Who is the PC60-Z right for?
For everyone who measures pH AND EC regularly and does not want to calibrate, store and carry two devices, and for everyone who wants to log their readings. The app connection makes it the first choice for data-driven growers using the DrainMaster system. If you only occasionally check a single value, the PH20 or EC20 is the more economical pick.
